Independent Consultations

At Infinite, we have multiple participating Nurse Practitioners who exercise sound clinical judgement and decision making, maintaining close collaboration with communities and General Practitioners. We provide consultations and health assessments to the members of the community for all basic health care needs. We issue prescriptions with access to some PBS medicines. We collaborate with other nurses and healthcare professionals including GPs, medical and surgical specialists, physiotherapists, dieticians, occupational therapists, social workers, and many others. 

Infinite Nurse Practitioners & Primary Health Care:

•      Can provide services eligible for patient rebates through Medicare
•      Provide prescriptions and access to some PBS medicines
•      Can refer patients to hospitals and specialists
•      Can order x-rays and diagnostic tests
•      Are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Healthcare Costs
Our model enables bulk billing of all clinical services with no upfront fees. Call out fees apply for Nurse Practitioner attendance in regional areas or location beyond 35 Km from our home office, Hoxton Park, New South Wales. Call out fees are dependent on distance.

Contracts
Special arrangements are available for Medical Practices and Residential Aged Care Facilities to engage our clinical expertise where required under contractual agreements as determined by Infinite Nurse Practitioner Services (Independent Contractor)
